VIRTUAL MEETINGS
The society now holds meeting in different ways. Besides Hall Meetings we hold Virtual Meetings and a combination of the two.
For the virtual meetings we use Zoom, a popular video conference and collaboration software tool. In order to access these meetings you will need a link sent to you via email or text for each event.
Members will benefit from the flexibility of hall and virtual meeetings included in the annual fee. Guests can enjoy a virtual meeting as well for a one-off fee by contacting the society via the contact form here. Groups can join a meeting, please indicate this when applying (additional fees may apply).
We require users to display their video image and proper name whilst viewing a virtual event.
